I moved to Buena Vida on December 19, 2013, and I haven’t looked back. I love it, love it here.
After working as a local bereavement volunteer for Hospice,
I became acquainted with Buena Vida. That is when
I decided, this is where I wanted to live for the rest of my life. No household worries, meals prepared, more activities, classes, and entertainment than time allows. Peace of mind knowing that I will be taken care of for the rest of my life.
My passion is creating quilted jackets and door hangings, so my living room area is devoted to sewing. My new home at Buena Vida provides me with various comfortable areas to sit and socialize with other residents. I have the “Sun Room” with a re place as my formal living room.
There are not enough hours in the day to do all the things I’d like to do. Don’t let anyone tell you retirement is boring!
