From Word Toss, Teal Fabric:
Cut [4] — 4-1/20 3 WOF strips for Block #4 Subcut [32] — 4-1/20 squares
Cut [6] — 4-1/20 3 WOF strips for sashing Subcut [17] — 4-1/20 3 12-1/2”
Cut [13] — 2-1/20 3 WOF strips for borders Cut [9] — 2-1/20 3 WOF strips for binding
From Kona Brown, Chocolate Fabric:
Cut [2] — 4-1/20 3 WOF strips for star legs and sashing star centers.
Subcut [10] — 4-1/20 squares
Note: If needed, cut additional 4-1/20 squares
to substitute for the blocks’ star center. Cut [9] — 2-1/20 3 WOF strips
Subcut [144] — 2-1/20 squares
BLOCK ASSEMBLY:
Each block consists of the following:
[4] AMOSH fabric 4-1/20 squares
[4] AMOSH fabric star legs squares
[1] AMOSH Collectible Quilt Store Block* * Optional: [1] Kona, Brown 4-1/20 square
Create Star Leg Units:
1. On the wrong side of the Kona Brown, Choco- late 2-1/20 squares, draw a diagonal line corner to corner.
2. Place a Kona Brown, Chocolate 2-1/20 square right sides together using the Vintage Postmark Toss; Word Toss, Gold; and Word Toss, Natural 4-1/20 squares in the upper left corner.
3. Sew on the drawn line. Flip back to ensure edges meet. Clip excess fabric 1/40 from seam. Press.
4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 placing a Kona Brown, Chocolate square in the upper right corner.
5. Create [4] Star Leg Units for each the [12] blocks.
