• Kaiser Permanents Access to Medical Systems (KPATHS) launched in NCAL and SCAL – new gateway to services including telehealth for members
• Expansion of telehealth program: Remote Patient Monitoring launches in SCAL and MAS; partners with patients to actively monitor chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, etc.) outside of traditional care settings using Bluetooth-enabled devices
• WISDOM Epic module brought dental records into KPHC – Northwest
• Phoenix Epic module in KPHC improved patient care for organ transplants
• Advance Alert Monitoring (AAM) launched in NCAL - notifies clinical team to deterioration in patient condition
