• Served as Financial Advisor and point of contact on Lemoyne Owen’s capital project.
• Provided analytics, finance and project information and negotiate on behalf of the Project Team throughout the continuum.
• Performed various financing models including loan and cash flow pro forma projections and determined overall project impact to the College’s credit profile.
• Identified potential financial and operational risks related to the project and suggested options to avoid such risks as appropriate.
