Work schedule
This is essential for the good organization of the company and the relations between colleagues.
The rules of life: unavoidable
Hygiene, safety, special instructions ... The proper functioning of the company requires the respect of a certain number of rules. They are contained in the internal regulations, the IT charter and memoranda posted on the premises. If you have not found them, do not hesitate to ask your manager or your partner
Know-how : an essential skill!
Conviviality, respect, exchanges, cooperation ... Knowing how to work with others, adopting good behavior with clients, colleagues ... is a key skill as well as know-how. In addition, well-being contributes to the well-being of everyone and the quality of life at work for all.
Your employment contract
Your employment contract is for a fixed term (CDD) or indefinite (CDI). It can be a "classic" CDI or CDI or a professionalization contract.
To know precisely your commitments, do not hesitate to ask all the useful questions: the person in charge of human resources, your manager, your referent ... can answer you!
Your trial period
It ensures that the position meets your expectations and also allows the employer to ensure that you will agree with the proposed position.
