Q. What are your minimums?
A. Our minimums vary by product, but range from 24 to 300 pieces per item. please see our line sheet for more specific quantities by product.
q. What are your lead times?
A. in general, our lead times are 6-8 weeks after final approvals. Some products can be customized with a shorter turn around, such as screenprinting a logo on an in-stock wine tote.
q. do you have other designs you can customize?
A. in addition to our gifting line, there are products in our olive & poppy collection that can be customized. one example is laser etching our wine barrel cufflinks with a logo. we can also create 100% bespoke items for clients. you dream it, we can make it!
q. Can you use barrel wood from our winery?
A. absolutely! there are costs associated wth transporting and breaking down the barrels, but we’re happy to use specific barrels from your winery!
q. are you willing to bring a pop-up shop to our event?
A. we’d love to! we are able to set-up a private gifting experience or “pop-Up” shop at your event. we’re even happy to travel outside of our napa valley home base. chat with us about the details, and we’ll make it work.
q. where are your products made?
A. whenever possilbe, we work with US-based, local producers and artists. in conjunction with these makers, a number of our products are also made in india by artisans that we met while traveling there.
q. what are your production capabilities?
A. we can produce a range of quanties from minimums up to 10k+ of a product.
