can and trimless face
allows channel letters to go places they have never been
before. Now channel letters can be installed indoors as part
of POP displays, behind front desk areas, or anywhere you want illumination without the large 5” protrusion of a bent aluminum channel can. Aside from its sleek look, the face material for GemLite Formed Channel Letters has been specially formulated to work with LED wavelengths to promote the best diffusion and light translucency for eye-popping brightness.

GEMLITE LETTERS
GemLite letters are available with the standard face or
an optional flflush face. The standard face has a built-in lip designed to lock onto the opaque white can, exposing a narrow portion of the back and allowing some light to show through the back when lit with LEDs. Flush face letters feature a face that cleanly fits over and fully covers the can.
OPAQUE WHITE GEMLITE CHANNEL CANS
Opaque white cans are required for UL recognition, as the material has been specifically identified by lot number, material thickness and
composition. Opaque white reflects more light through the faces than any other color and will prevent most LED lighting systems from showing through the can sidewalls if the LED modules are placed at least 1” from the letter return. If a different color or 100% opacity is required for the can, Gemini will paint the can exteriors for an additional 15% charge.
NEW CHROME FINISH FOR LED ILLUMINATION
Our new translucent silver Chrome finishes offer a stunning look for GemLite letters. By day, they stand out with the popular look of brushed or polished silver chrome. When illuminated at night, they shine with an effervescent white “halo” look created by a partially shaded face.
