METAL IMAGE: The Metal Image process offers greater detail than chemical etching. The porcelainized stainless steel is impervious to nearly all conditions, and the process is less expensive than etching, with a faster turnaround time. Halftone photographs not available.

ê Halftone Photographs & Complex Line Art – For halftone photograph or complex line art add a minimum of $115; please call for a quote. ê Size Limitations – Maximum size is 36” x 72”; 1/4” copper maximum size is 40” x 60”.
ê Artwork – Art charges will be billed for any cleanup required to produce a satisfactory etched product.
ê Custom Colors – Add $20 for each custom color. We require either a PMS number or at least a 3” x 3” sample of the color.
ê Polished Finish – Available only on recessed copy plaques; add 40%. Not all plaques may be polished. Please call for a quote.
