$20.00 Cutting Charge per 100 pieces. 1/4" minimum on aluminum spacers. 1/2" minimum on plastic spacers. The following are in stock and ready to ship – 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1-1/2" and 2". All other lengths are cut to order – cutting charge will apply. Aluminum spacers are stocked in three sizes;
• Large - 1/4" I.D. (Inside Diameter) for 1/4-20 studs
• Small - 3/16" I.D. (Inside Diameter) for 10-24 studs
• Slim - 1/8" I.D. (Inside Diameter) for 6-32 and 4-40 studs; 1" max. length
Made from premium anodized aluminum, these allow easy and clean servicing of letters after installation. Ideal when used in combination with lit letters, allowing access to LED modules without the exposed hardware (typical on removable cans). Integrating a 6-32, 10-24 or 1/4-20 stud for a 1.5” stand off. Additional spacers can be added to increase the stand-off.
