PRECISION CUT - .02" INSIDE RADIUS
Precision Cut letters and logos are made using a fine, high pressure stream of water that carries an abrasive mineral or a 5000 watt laser beam. This allows for sharp (.02 radius) inside corners, small letters, and intricate detail on logos.
Anodized finishes are not just coatings... they are a part of the finished aluminum letter. Anodizing is an electrochemical process that hardens aluminum and allows it to be colorized. We perform our own anodiz- ing to ensure your letters within the same order have color consistency and are delivered to you within days.
