Installation Supplies
Adhesives
We have tested and approved Chem-Calc 1200 or GE RTV108 squeeze tubes of clear silicone, for installing lighter and smaller letters that are mounted with studs and/or pads. Otherwise, always test your adhesive for the installation situation – and use a quality silicone product.
Lighter and smaller parts can be installed with a quality silicone adhesive.
Heavier and larger letters and plaques should be installed with a “stronger” adhesive than Silicone. Always match your adhesive to the mounting sur- face and product weight. If in doubt, use a stronger industrial adhesive or epoxy – along with appropri- ate anchors and/or additional structural support.

Pattern Paper HPAPER
Pattern rolls are 60# heavy white kraft paper and is marked with 1" squares. Rolls are 48" wide, and available by the foot or in rolls of 500'. (45 pounds/roll. Oversized shipping fee applies)

$20.00 Cutting Charge per 100 pieces. 1/4" minimum on alumi- num spacers. The following spacer lengths are in stock: 1/8”, 1⁄4”, 3/8”, 1⁄2”, 5/8”, 3⁄4”, 7/8”, 1”, 1-1/2”, 2”. No extra cutting fee. Non-stocking custom lengths are available. Priced per inch, plus a $20 cutting fee per 100 pieces.
Aluminum spacers are stocked in three sizes;
• Large - .275" I.D. (Inside Diameter) for 1/4-20 studs
• Small - .190" I.D. (Inside Diameter) for 10-24 studs
• Slim - .148" I.D. (Inside Diameter) for 6-32 and 4-40 studs; 1" max. length
