Our most recent investments in precision
manufacturing technology have opened
up a whole new world of design
possibilities, allowing for virtually any
letter stroke to depth ratio. For example,
we can fabricate stainless steel letters
with strokes as narrow as 3/8” in a letter
many inches deep, across heights ranging
from 2” to 36”. This will allow you to
scale your premium environment to the most personal experience levels. On top of that, our new precision-fabricated letters have stunning detail, crisp precise corners and narrow strokes that allow you to explore design concepts no matter what the scale, even with letters only 2” high. The option for deep returns relative to letter height – such as 2” deep returns on a 2” high letter, for example – amplifies an extraordinary look and feel, yet offers an economic alternative to other material and manufacturing methods, such as cast metal.
FABRICATED ALUMINUM LETTERS
Our new fabricated aluminum line of letters presents a solution for larger and lighter weight applications where our fabricated stainless steel letter line leaves off, extending custom letter height possibilities from 18” up to an impressive 120” high. Available in a variety of finish and paint options including anodizing, letter faces are constructed of
2.33mm thick aluminum, with returns of 1.5mm thick aluminum, securely joined with robust MIG welding. For letters of massive scale up to 10 feet tall, Gemini’s fabricated aluminum letters offer a durable and practical solution.
