Alloys: Gemini uses alloy #5052 which offers good cutting, welding and corrosion resistance. It is excellent for anodizing, and has a superior hardness rating of H32. Vertical grain is standard on all cut metal letters. Horizontal grain can be requested.

Manufactured using a fine, high pressure stream of water that carries an abrasive mineral, allowing for sharp inside corners (.02 radius), small letters, and intricate detail on logos.
