GemTrimTM Rolls
GemTrim material is Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (CAB), extruded around aluminum foil and is manufactured by Gemini.
• All trim is shipped in 200' rolls (3/4") , 150' rolls (1"), or 100' rolls (2").
• Custom colors are available – call for quote. All CAB colors are available. 60-roll minimum on all non- standard colors.
• Bonding GemTrim to Acrylic: Tack pieces with WELD- ON #4 or Methylene Chloride, then run a full bead of WELD-ON #16 to seal parts.
• Bonding GemTrim to Polycarbonate: Tack pieces with Methylene Chloride, then run a full bead of WELD-ON #16 or WELD-ON #40 to seal parts.
