The standard “18/8” stainless; it is the most versatile and most widely used stainless steel.
For areas within 50 miles of
the coast, Gemini recommends Alloy 316. This conforms to recommendations by numerous metal industry panels. Use of 304 in coastal areas may experience premature failure.
Alloy 316
The standard molybdenum-bearing grade, second in importance to C304 amongst the austenitic stainless steels. The molybdenum gives 316 better overall corrosion resistant properties than C304, particularly higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments.

Requires a minimum of .22” stroke and stud mount. Stainless steel letters and logos are produced without a clear polyurethane coating.
Optional Clear Coat (+10%)
To further lengthen the lifespan of stainless steel, a protective clear coat can be added for an additional 10%.
A weather resistant steel created by
alloying copper, chromium and 10 nickel. The material forms its own
protective layer when exposed to
atmospheric elements. Essentially,
the top layer corrodes which then
protects the steel beneath it. The 16 natural finish does not normally
require any form of maintenance 18 such as painting, which makes the
material a highly cost effective
alternative to other structural steels.

• All metals 1/4”+ with a .22”+ stroke, are drilled and tapped for a blind stud mount.
