All letters are laser cut and then hand sanded on their face and return. Depending on the options you select, the returns may also be buffed to a high sheen. The faces are then either hand-stroked or polished—in such a way that the returns and faces are perpendicular, so there is little if any rounding of the polished edges. These premium finishes are available in all of our standard flat cut out materials and thicknesses—in sizes over 3”.
