Where multi-step painting and masking is impractical, Gemini’s custom color print technology lets you faithfully reproduce your most complex designs, intricately detailed graphical elements, sophisticated color gradients or any photographic images directly onto sign materials. Our advanced, formable ink jet printing technology lets us print with dimensionally-stable, highly saturated color inks to reproduce virtually any image or design, and is a great option to create strong visual impact at a reasonable cost.
Our full-color inkjet printing capabilities let us print directly to flat and pre-thermoformed plastic, as well as many other substrates including polycarbonate, aluminum, brass, bronze and stainless steel. With print resolution at 1,200 dpi, images are vivid, gradients are smooth and the color spectrum is virtually limitless. Our inks are all UV-cured, tested for UV resistance and feature standard satin protective clear coating for the longest life in any application.
From one sign to many, Gemini’s custom printing capabilities also let you create sign elements with 100% repeatability, and we offer discounts for multiple quantities of single signs.
