When does Gemini require a deposit on large orders?
A deposit may be considered on any order over $1,500 upon review of order history, payment history and our overall experience together. Should a deposit be needed a representative from Account Services will personally connect with your Account Payable to discuss a pay- ment arrangement. A 50% deposit is typically requested, while ex- tremely large projects or special situations are often deserving of a customized plan to move the project along. As large order history develops and with promising payment history, deposits often become a thing of the past. How long does it take to produce my order?
Lead times can vary based on product and finish. Each order ac- knowledgement provides a projected delivery date. When ordering custom letters / logos where an approval is needed, we won't start production until approval of art is received.

Gemini offer with this mounting method?
Gemini provides a 25mil, high quality, VHB or UHB tape on thin plaques,Laser Cut Acrylic, or Display products. We recommend this installation only on flat, smooth, interior walls. Letters are supplied with either partial or full tape coverage – based on the size. Thin plaques are supplied with strips of tape. Full tape coverage can be supplied for letters - upon request - with an additional fee.
We also recommend using a quality adhesive (construction grade or epoxy) to accompany all tape installations. Be sure to follow all required tape installation steps, especially applying ample pressure to properly set tape.
