In today’s harsh social climate with differences of opinion splitting communities seemingly down the middle, Street Feast’s key ambition is to bring family, friends and communities together through the power of food! Two professional chefs will be parachuted in and given one hour to find a willing family or homeowner on that street to participate in the show. Using only the ingredients the two battling chefs find in that household’s fridge or larder they will cook a two course meal for four; one main course, one dessert. It will be a gamble, once they’ve been invited across the threshold, that’s it, they’re stuck with whatever they find!
