3.3.2.1 ON-TRADE BEVERAGE PACKAGES
Many cruise providers operating in the Asian region operate ‘no-cash’ policies where purchases are generally made using on-board accounts, As a result, beverage ‘packages’ are often either included in the original purchase price or bought on-board in a one-off purchase which allows the consumption of certain drinks over a specified time period. These often differ between cruise providers with some simply offering a single all-inclusive drinks package and others offering a variety of different package options.
