Janet Owen from the moment we met her was warm and e cient. Fortunately she did not show us an overwhelming number of apartments on our rst excursion. We found “the apartment” that rst ou ng. Basically Janet listens to her client and ab- sorbs their needs and wants. She then synthesizes this informa on when selec ng appropriate proper es to show. For instance, my husband insisted on a full face view of the lake. Janet reposi oned this request. We have a few of the lake and a view south of Chicago. The lights of the city enhance the night view. In addi on Chris and I were execu ng an out of state purchase. Janet held my hand and guided me through the process. She even recommended several cleaning persons. In other words Janet was totally hands on, but not su oca ng with her service. I know she will be there as we move, to help us nd grocery stores and beyond. Janet is a friend.
