You were so spot-on with all of your advice and that is what re- sulted in selling the unit at list before it even made it on the MLS-- a result no one in our building imagined!! Your amazing detective work finding a motivated buyer was the difference.
As you know, that was our third successful transaction on Scott St. with you in the past 20+ years! We had almost--but not quite-- forgotten how great it was to work with you!
