Good morning. I very much appreciate the objective way you analyze the market and provide me with hard data. No different than selling art, a car, a company or any other high priced asset, the best way to often de- termine likely value is to run a comparables analysis. And your analysis shows what I suspected. As a lawyer, and a banker, I always respect and value honesty. I give my clients the same advice, and they may not like it, but they respect it, the same way I do when I am the recipient.
