As a multi-million dollar luxury agent, Rosaria consistently demonstrates her dedication and unwavering integrity to provide the best in concierge level service to all her clients.She understands that the decision to buy or sell a home is a very personal one and requires balancing finances and emotions to arrive at the very best outcome. Every client, regardless of price point is valued and she works diligently to understand how to best accomplish their real estate objectives with her arsenal of tools and abilities. Rosaria’s goal is to offer guidance and knowledge so that clients are always making informed decisions. Combining her business “know how” from her past banking career and knowledge as an interior design consultant, Rosaria will provide clients with a balanced perspective about their real estate investment. From the initial consultation to the closing, you can be assured that Rosaria will work in concert with attorneys, inspectors, agents and other partners to assure a successful outcome.
A Chicago native, Rosaria moved to the western suburbs over 20 years ago and understands that the transition can be a major life change. Her intimate knowledge of the suburban communities allows her to effectively counsel her clients about the homes, schools, park and other community offerings. Rosaria continues to study the housing market and changing Chicago neighborhoods and when the time comes, can assist clients who are interested in returning to the city. She regularly works with relocation clients—whether they are moving across country or coming from across the world—bringing her own personal experience of living overseas to better understand their needs.
Rosaria earned a Master of Business Administration from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. She graduated Magna cum Laude from Loyola University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Prior to real estate, she was a Vice President at BMO Harris Bank in Product Management. Rosaria serves on the Women’s’ Board at St John of the Cross in Western Springs. She’s president elect for the West Suburban Women’s’ Entrepreneurs (WSWE) and has served on WSWE board Programming Chair from 2016-present. She’s a member of Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Illinois Association of Realtors, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She is bilingual, fluent in English and Italian.
