INSPIRED BY THE HEAVENS An homage to the icomic Rose Reading Room of the New York Central Library (below image) the undulating ceiling at Quiet Hall evokes a sky of billowy clouds passing overhead. To ensure this effect would translate through a perforated pattern, a generative form (above image) was produced to drive the logic, with parameters such as scale and contrast adjusted to optimize visual impact.
