Petty Officer 3rd Class Cedric Ceballos, from Dinuba, Calif., currently serves aboard USS Lewis B. Puller, an expeditionary mobile base homeported at Naval Station Norfolk, the largest Navy base in the world.
Ceballos has served in the Navy for 2 years and works as a culinary specialist that is responsible for maintaining meals one the ship throughout the day.
