WHAT’S BEING PLANNED?
The Dinuba Planning Commission is scheduled to hold public hearings to consider the following proposals:
Application 2022-05 (Charles). The action is a request for a Conditional Use Permit to convert an existing office (originally built as a residence) back into a residential dwelling, at 342 Vermont Avenue (Assessor
Parcel Number 014-141-008). Notice is also given that an environmental assessment has been conducted for the project. It has been determined that the action will not have potential adverse effects on the environment and is exempt from analysis under Section 15301 (a): (Re-use of existing buildings with minimal changes) of the Guidelines of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Application 2021-02 (Pannu). The action is a request for a zone change and a General Plan land use amendment for one parcel located on the southwest corner of Fresno Street and H Street (452 E. Fresno Street (Assessor Parcel Number 017-093-021)). The site is currently zoned PO (Professional Office) and is designated “Professional Office” on the Land Use Map of the Dinuba General Plan. The applicant is requesting the land use designation be changed to “Medium Density Residential” and the zoning be amended to RM-2 (Multi Family Residential). No development is proposed. Notice is also given that an environmental assessment has been conducted for the project. It has been determined that the action will not have potential adverse effects on the environment and is exempt from analysis under Section 15061 b 3 (General Exemption) of the Guidelines of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

Notice of Public Hearing on the 2022-2023 Proposed Budget For Kings River Union School District of Tulare County
A public hearing on the 2022-2023 proposed budget will be held on June 13, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. before the governing board of the Kings River Union School District (“District”) in the District Conference Room at 3961 Avenue 400, Kingsburg, California. At this public meeting, prior to the public hearing on the proposed budget, there will be a public hearing regarding the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) and budget overview for parents.
The public may inspect the proposed budget on the district website at www.kingsriverelementary.org and at the District Office, 3961 Avenue 400 in Kingsburg, California beginning June 8, 2022. Any member of the public may appear at the public hearing and object to the proposed budget or any item in the budget.
The budget shall not be finally adopted by the governing board of the district until after the public hearing has been held. Not later than five days after adoption or by July 1, 2022, whichever occurs first, the governing board of the district shall file the budget with the county superintendent of schools.
