To fund the operational needs of the Cutler- Orosi Joint Unified School District sports facilities and develop
a recreation depart- ment to promote youth activities including sports, arts, music, and experiences that de- velop youth into healthy active responsible citi- zens. Shall the District levy a tax of $48.00 per parcel annually with annual cost of living adjustment, initially raising approximately $234,048 as long as the Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified School District Board oversees the program?

Public works projects shall be subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Indus- trial Relations. For all projects over Twenty- Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to sub- mit a bid or to be listed in a bid proposal sub- ject to the requirements of Public Contract Code section 4104 unless currently registered and qualified under Labor Code section 1725.5

Bids must be sealed and filed at the Educa- tional Support Center at 1801 10th St, Reedley, CA 93654 by August 9, 2022 prior to 2:00 p.m. on the clock designated by the Owner or its rep- resentative as the bid clock, after which time bids will be opened. No bid will be accepted by Owner after this time. Facsimile (FAX) copies of the bid will not be accepted.
