Conditional Use Permit Application No. 2022-4 and Environmental Assessment No. 2022-8
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Sections 65090 and 65091 (Planning and Zoning Law) of the Government Code; and, pursuant to the procedures of Title 10 of the Reedley Municipal Code, the Reedley Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the following:
1. Environmental Assessment No. 2022-8: pertains to the determination that Conditional Use Permit No. 2022-4 is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15332 (Class 32/Infill Development Projects) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
2. Conditional Use Permit Application No. 2022-4: pertains to a new cocktail lounge and future banquet facility for smaller parties proposed in downtown Reedley on the first floor of the Burgess Hotel located at 1105 G Street called Odds Bodkins. The applicant is proposing to obtain a Type 48 ABC License (sales of beer, wine and distilled spirits for on-site consumption). The proposed hours of operation are 10 am to 12 am, 7 days a week.
