Orange Cove Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing for the following project:
Rezone Amendment R-3 (High Density Multiple Family Residential District): The California Department of Housing and Community Development has advised the City of Orange Cove that the Orange Cove Municipal Code is in noncompliance with Government Code Section 65583.2 subdivision (h) and (i). City staff has drafted a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to achieve compliance with State standards by amending the R-3 (High Density Multiple Family Residential) district. The proposed amendment will impact all property zoned R-3 within the jurisdiction of the City of Orange Cove.
The Orange Cove Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the aforementioned project on July 19, 2022 at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.

Governing Board of the Sanger Unified School District intends to convey an easement in certain real property to the Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District, pursuant to the authority of California Education Code section 17556 et seq. The real property to be conveyed to the Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District consists of an approximately 23,027 square foot portion of the Education Complex site consisting of a strip of land approximately 25 feet in width, located to the east of South Fowler Avenue, between South Fowler Avenue and South Armstrong Avenue, and to the south of East Church Avenue, between East Church Avenue and East Jensen Avenues. The easement is for constructing, relocating, and maintaining an underground storm drainage pipeline and related public utility uses for the Sanger Education Facilities to be generally located on south side of East Church Avenue, east of South Fowler Ave in the County of Fresno, State of California.
