CUTLER-OROSI JOINT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (COJUSD) is
seeking proposals for E-Rate WAN.
This request is dependent upon full funding from E-Rate. If E-Rate is not fully funded for this request, COJUSD reserves the right to reject part or the entire proposal. In the event E-Rate funding is not pro- vided the contract must allow COJUSD to cancel the contract without penalty or liability. COJUSD reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals or sections when the rejection is in the best interest of COJUSD.
