SERIES
The racing Season for 2024 has duly started in Southampton Water with its sheltered sailing waters.
And, I hear you say, the Series is no longer called the Frostbite Series. Maybe global warming is playing its part in this Series rebrand, however, it is thanks to MDL, who now sponsor us,
and we thought a revamp was duly necessary. True to form, in late January 2024, the Series got underway, in what can only be described as Spring like conditions (gosh it’s been a mild winter). The final results were:
Class 1
1st place – Tilt Racing – Andrew Moore who won every race!
2nd place – Jackdaw – David Lord
Class 2
1st place – Justify – Ross Bowdler 2nd place – Mimi – Eric Williams
Class 3
1st place – Oh Dream Tiger – Sean O’Connor Linda Sign
