Test Valley in Bloom 2017 Competition
Members of The Drove Allotment Association in Andover received recognition for the work they had put in on their plots during the year when the Mayor of Test Valley, Cllr
Karen Hamilton, presented them with their awards at a recent Presentation Evening. Gold awards were presented to Karen
and Steve Gill, and to Harry Thorne, whose family collected the certi cate whilst Harry and his wife were enjoying themselves in a warmer climate. Silver Gilt certi cates were awarded to Jan Keens and to Andy Brown.
