We wish you all a happy and peaceful new

a service, a coffee, to play, to knit or just to have a look around. St Nicholas Church, Islip is open for quiet reflection most days, Holy Trinity Denford, please get in touch with
the Churchwardens and St James Church, Thrapston is always open on Tuesday and Saturday mornings from 10am-12 noon so pop in and have a coffee and meet new friends.
There is also a short Communion Service in the Chancel on Tuesday mornings from 9.45am-10.15am.
Sunday services are detailed below and there’s something for everyone including the increasingly popular 6@StNics which offers a more informal style of worship – and in the evening!
Praise and Play will be restarting on Monday 15th January and welcomes under fives and their grown ups from 9.00-10.30am. Look for the flag outside St James Church and come on in!
Looking to take up a new hobby in 2024? Knitting is challenging but very rewarding – come along to St James Church on Monday evenings from 6.30-8.00pm. No need to book – just come along.

During Sunday services in St James, Thrapston, we run JAMES Club and JAMES Club plus for primary school age children. Our Youth Bible Study group for those in secondary school meets during the services on the 2nd and 3rd Sundays of the month. New members and visitors are always welcome. There are toys and activities for pre-school children who stay in the service with their families.

KETTERING STREET PASTORS
Street Pastors patrol Kettering town centre every Saturday night until 3am, providing help and support for everyone who needs it, regardless of their circumstances.
We help to ensure everyone enjoys a good night and gets home safely, and to achieve this we work in close partnership with door staff, CCTV and the police.
A particular focus is on those who are vulnerable or in need – whether they’re on a night out and have had ‘one too many’, or have deeper concerns which they need to talk about. We offer a caring, listening ear and a helpful ‘can do’ approach – no matter whoever, whatever and whenever – and without judgement.
