We are hiring:
Admiral Nurse (Band 7 Equivalent)
In collaboration with Dementia UK
We are looking for someone with a passion for, and experience of, providing relationship-centred dementia care with a strong sense of advocacy and equalities for our veterans.
You will be managing the clinical caseload for the service and lead on the delivery of work streams that improve the experience of care for veterans living with dementia, and their families from pre-diagnosis to post-bereavement.
Also recruiting Bank Nurses who can spare a few days a month to support our team.
