Hannah led the meeting on possible strategic developments for the society, seeking views from everyone present at the meeting. It was good to see and hear the comments from all around the meeting, as the afternoon progressed Hannah started to ag up the strengths and weakness of our society with thoughts on how some of these may be overcome. There was a lot of information here to take in and trustees would have to revisit and analyse this further at a future meeting. After Hannah and members of the strategic working group had left, the trustees summed up the afternoons meeting as being very positive, and looking forward to reviewing Hannah’s feedback report in the
near future which would then be debated in more depth at the next trustees meeting in April.
Mark Hall, Assistant Secretary.
