It’s an interesting challenge writing this piece for the Autumn/Winter edition of The Yachter, especially as it’s July and we are in the midst of a heatwave!
Winding the clock forward I am sure that by the time you are reading this you will have enjoyed a glorious summer filled with on the water adventures and memorable experiences on land.
You can be assured that your Club continues to strive to deliver top notch racing, excellent Clubhouse service, wide- ranging social events, and an all-round sense of belonging.We are always keen to do more, so if you have an idea of what you’d
like from your membership just let us know – or even better, why not get involved in one of the Club Committees?
Despite the evenings drawing in, there is still plenty on offer to our members over the autumn and winter months.The famous monthly quiz, a stellar line up of speakers for the winter talks, Frostbite Racing Series, Christmas parties for all the family and
the traditions of Trafalgar Night and Burns Night to name just a few.
Please do remember that Gins is open throughout the Autumn and Winter, so please do come and see us for lunch or maybe a Saturday supper with a lovely bottle of red!
