Resolve
Developed in partnership with DE&S, the Queen’s Award-winning Resolve software enables clear ownership, categorization and progression of issues from initial recording through to resolution. Resolve promotes best practice through a transparent, auditable process, providing a comprehensive issue picture used to support decision-making.
Observe
Observe captures system performance data from operators right at the end of each mission. The information is then exploited at both operational and support levels and by industry to help to improve system reliability, capability and availability.
Damage & Repair Tracker (DaRT)
Military equipment operates in a harsh environment and the DaRT is used to record and manage instances of damage and the associated repairs on individual platforms while providing a view of hotspots across the fleet. The software runs on the MOD network and is available at operating bases as well as headquarters establishments and in industry.
