Elephant Garlic – 2 cloves
These bulbs have a fresh, mild and sweet flavour. Elephant Garlic is best planted in the autumn. Provence Wight – 1 bulb (Softneck)
These large fat cloves suit vegetable and fish dishes. Rose Wight – 1 bulb (Hardneck)
With a rosy pink and white outer skin and deep pinkish cloves, this garlic has a strong flavour. Originally from northern Spain, it does well in UK conditions.
Plant September to November, harvested in June.

Carcassone Wight – 1 bulb (Hardneck)
