                                Warminster School
It is always exciting introducing new parents and their families to Warminster, knowing that amongst them is the next generation of determined, happy, kind and modest young adults. Overwhelmingly our pupils, parents, staff and Old Verlucians talk of a community supported by unparalleled pastoral care providing the space and freedom for pupils to embrace the full spectrum of opportunities both inside and outside of the classroom.
This special combination of community and opportunity lies at the very heart
of our thriving boarding and day
school. Providing an exceptional all- round education to pupils from 2-18,
we are steeped in over three hundred years of history and are as proud of our educational tradition as we are of our ability to innovate. We offer both A-Levels and the International Baccalaureate Diploma in the Sixth Form, and are one of the few schools to offer the International Baccalaureate Career Programme.

In truth, there is no ‘typical’ Warminster pupil and nor should there be; as a community we celebrate diversity in
all its guises. We seek to develop young people with high self-esteem through an extensive extra-curricular programme including a high grade sports offer, a flourishing CCF, challenging outdoor pursuits, as well as a formidable arts
offer. At the same time, we place
great importance on the key values
of integrity, service, compassion and friendship. Supported by our dedicated and perceptive staff, pupils benefit from proactive pastoral care which ensures that every child is treated as an individual and is appropriately nurtured and mentored.
I very much hope that you will be compelled to visit our community and allow me to share with you the exciting future available here for your child and ultimately, a success story of their own.

Knowing I had the support of the Warminster community helped make my time at school truly special.
