MEET THE
EDITOR
Yachter Editor – Natalie Hamilton
My husband Nathan and I joined RSYC seven years ago, when we bought our boat La Ina, a HR352.We have attended many RSYC Cruising rallies over the years and help with Race Management, particularly during the Autumn and Winter months. We sail our own boat mainly to the West Country and across The Channel in our leisure time.We hope to go further one day but work currently prevents us from doing that.
My other hobbies are photography and writing. I can often be found on a cold Sunday morning in Autumn and Winter on the foredeck of The Hound taking pictures of the racing.
When asked to edit the last edition of The Yachter, I only had eight weeks in which to get it together.This time round I thought it would be a lot easier, but then COVID-19 struck.
Despite the global pandemic, I have received lots of contributions for this edition.Thank you to everyone that has submitted articles and photos.Without your contributions there would be no Club magazine.
Let us hope that 2021 is a better year, and that we can all return to a normality of sorts!
