Chinook Flights
WITH JUST A FEW days of ACSC 24 left, Wg Cdr Jay Berry organised Chinook flights for some
of the students to experience the power of this highly versatile support helicopter. Now into its 40th year of with the RAF, the Chinook has seen active service around the globe, most recently supporting counter-terrorism operations in Mali.
Two teams of students took part and were given
a chance to see some of southern England from a different angle. It was a great way to start the final week of the course. Our sincere thanks to Jay and to 28 (AC) Squadron too!
