CAUSES OF HYPOVOLAEMIC SHOCK
There are a number of reasons why a casualty can go into shock.
Blood loss, failure of the heart, poor circulation, a fall in blood pressure and the lack of oxygen.
Other conditions can include, excessive vomiting, diarrhoea, injury to the spinal cord, infection and burns.
