U is for “Uses” Teambuilding
u I use teambuilding as a way to build respect and rapport within the classroom. Whether it is music, math, or AVID, it is important that students respect one another as well as the teacher. In a music classroom, teambuilding is extremely important because students need to trust that their peers will always perform their part. Unlike in sports, there is not a “second string” in the music classroom.
