D is for Data
u As a data nut, I enjoy working with spreadsheets and finding trends. I believe that good teachers use data to inform their classrooms. Great teachers show their students how to use their own data to find success. Advisory check-in is an excellent place to teach students how to read and use their data.
Pouring through years of data for the entire middle school to create SIP
goals for the site team. (I have now taken intermediate and advanced Excel classes so the process is much faster!)
