contractual relationship expressly provided for m this Agreement.
22.4.2 Neither party shall have, nor shall either party represent that it has, any authority to make any commitments on the other party'sbehalf.
22.5 Co-operation
Each party to this Agreement shall, at the reasonable request of the other party and at that other party's expense, perform or abstain from any act the performance of or abstention from which can reasonably be regarded as necessary to effect or facilitate the observance, implementation, clarification or enforcement of the provisions of this Agreement.
Integrity, continuity, exclusivity and enforcement 23.1 Entire Agreement
23.1.1 This Agreement contains the whole agreement between the parties [in respect of [subject matter of agreement] and supersedes and replaces any prior written or oral agreements, representations or understandings between them [relating to such subject matter]. The parties confirm that they have not entered into this Agreement on the basis of any representation that is not expressly incorporated into this Agreement.
23.1.2 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or restricts the liability of any party for fraud or bad faith.
23.2 Severance
If any provision of this Agreement is prohibited by law, or is determined by any court of law or other binding adjudicatory
