THIS AGREEMENT is made on PARTIES
1. DAMEKATOUCH LIMITED whose registered office is at Langdon House, Langdon Road, Swansea SAl 8QY, United Kingdom, company registration no. 08893585 (the Buyer); and

(A) The Buyer wishes to purchase the Goods [for use as OR for use in OR

(B) The Seller has the skills and resources to [design and manufacture the Goods to the Requirements of the Buyer and to] supply the Goods to the Buyer by way of sale in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
(C) The Seller is willing to supply the Goods and the Buyer is willing to purchase the Goods, in each case subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
