TYPES OF AIRLINES
Next, we’ll take a look at Low-cost Carriers (LCC). As the name itself suggests, Low Cost means to keep costs as low as possible.
The variety of services provided by LCCs are of a lower standard as compared to a Full Service Carriers (e.g. no in- flight entertainment) therefore, the ticket price of a Low-cost Carrier is usually way cheaper than a Full Service Carrier.
Cheaper prices are always attractive to people travelling for holidays! However, this may also mean that you may need to
separately pay for additional services (e.g. food on board during flight).
LCCs are also known as ‘budget’ or ‘no-frills’ airlines. Some examples of Low-cost Carriers are Air Asia and Scoot.

You need to pay for more services if you’d like!
