P. 34
Dear friends,
An Easter like no other. We had a joyful Easter service through Zoom this morning and it was heart-warming to see all our lovely congregation, praying and singing together.
I hope you are all able to have hope that before too long we will return to normal life. I am hopeful that this wake-up call will make us more aware of the huge blessings we have and that community will mean so more to everyone,
Easter blessings to you all. Alleluia Christ is risen.

Happy Easter everyone from a glorious sunny day in Texas following a very wet and stormy night. That's really the Easter message, and especially in present circumstances - hope after dark times through the Resurrection.
It's morning here and I'm looking forward to watching our streamed church service. May you all have a blessed day.

Happy Easter to you all, dear friends! Hope you’ve all managed to stay hopeful and bright. Day-to-day survival and just being glad we’re still here to celebrate another day helps, doesn’t it?
From Val M. at 20.20
Happy Easter everyone!
I feel a bit more optimistic this
morning and the sun is still
shining. Hard as it will be to
smell the roast lamb from next
door without eating it, I’m glad
we are all safe at the moment
and am focusing on the present.
And glad I’m not worrying
about someone close to me
working in the NHS. Here are
some fritillaries from
Dartington Hall a couple of
weeks ago. We are smothered in
primroses and celandines here -
all the banks along the lanes including ours are just covered in them - I just can’t get quite the right photo...

Thank you for all the wonderfully cheering positive Easter messages, sacred, secular, spiritual, artistic, musical and the rest. I've appreciated them all and marvelled at the optimism of them all - which I'm glad to say I share. Despite the present bleakness of this weird world, it isn't difficult to count the numerous blessings we have.
Just to help you on your way this week, and as an alternative to Joe Wicks, I thought you might enjoy this workout. (Video of a dog mirroring owner doing a workout.)

Wonderful, Pat, thank you. If only I had a dog ...... !
