Panaviera is located on the 66th floor of the Sun
Casino in Trump Ocean Club and offers some of the most stunning city and ocean views you have never seen in Panama City. They also have a great happy hour on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5pm to 8pm with open champagne for $10 that you can sip on while watching the sunset.
Barlovento
Located in Casco Viejo and is a really good rooftop bar to go to if you want a more relaxed and chill ambience than Tantalo. It offers really good views of Casco Viejo and they always have good music as well. Cover is free for girls and $10 for guys.
